A new build in the Arcadia Osborn neighborhood

The short answer

5507 E Pinchot is a new-construction home being built in the Arcadia Osborn neighborhood of Arcadia, Phoenix, Arizona. The plan is a single level with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage. Framing has started and the interior and exterior finishes have been selected. Pricing and the expected completion date have not been announced, and the home is not yet listed in the MLS. Meredith Lane of Local Luxury | Christie's International Real Estate is sharing the build.

Right now it may not look like much, but this is the stage I find most interesting. The slab is down, the walls are going up, and you can stand in a doorway and start to see how the rooms will meet.

The plan opens from the foyer toward the dining area, with a bar tucked beside it. The kitchen sits at the center of the home with an island that faces the living room. The primary suite is on one side of the living room, with two separate walk-in closets, and the three other bedrooms are on the opposite side. A laundry room, storage, and a two-car garage complete the plan.

The finishes were chosen to feel warm, timeless, and lived in: wood-tone cabinetry, a polished quartzite island, glazed tile with real color and texture, wood flooring throughout, and black-framed Andersen windows. The full look book is below, and you can download it.

Every finish in this home was chosen to feel warm, timeless, and lived in. I would love to walk you through it in person.
